Ezybook (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an on-demand service platform that allows users (“you”, “customer”, “user”) to book chefs for personal or event catering services. The following terms outline your rights and responsibilities while using the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Ezybook. By using the App, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Service Scope

Ezybook facilitates the connection between customers and chefs. The services offered by chefs through the App are independent and not controlled by Ezybook. We do not provide chef services directly; our role is strictly to provide the booking platform.

4. User Accounts

Account Creation: You are required to create an account to use the App. Ensure that the information you provide is accurate and updated regularly.
Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. Ezybook is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms or for other reasons, including fraudulent activity.

5. Booking and Payment

Booking Process: Customers can browse profiles of chefs, select one, and book services through the App. All bookings are subject to the availability of the chef.
Payment Terms: Payments for bookings are processed through the App using a secure payment gateway. You agree to pay the total booking amount at the time of reservation.
Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellation policies and refunds will vary based on individual chefs’ terms. Review cancellation and refund details carefully before confirming your booking.

6. Service Provider Responsibility

Chefs listed on Ezybook are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and professionalism of their services. Ezybook does not guarantee any specific level of service or the performance of any chef.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate details regarding your service needs.
Communicate clearly with the chef regarding your expectations and requirements.
Ensure a safe and appropriate environment for the chef to perform services.
Pay for services in accordance with the booking terms.

8. Disclaimers

No Warranty: Ezybook makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content available through the App, including chef profiles.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezybook shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or services provided by chefs.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ezybook, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between customers and chefs, Ezybook encourages resolution through direct communication. However, Ezybook is not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes and is not liable for any outcomes related to the services booked through the App.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ezybook App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ezybook and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to Terms

Ezybook reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
